Jack and Thomas founded Sonic Labs Audio with a shared belief that the best plugins aren't built in a boardroom—they're built in the middle of recording sessions, tested under real deadlines, and refined until they become tools you can't imagine working without.
- Jack MieleCo-Founder • Producer • Composer • EngineerFor more than three decades, Jack Miele has built a career around creating records that connect with people. As a producer, engineer, composer, and guitarist, his work spans major label releases, independent artists, film, television, and live performance. His credits include collaborations with Rod Stewart, Zac Brown Band, Yungblud, Jamie Foxx, Steve Vai, Blues Traveler, Dr. John, Ani DiFranco, Steel Pulse, Diplo, Lettuce, and many others, along with music featured in productions including American Horror Story, The Bachelorette, FIFA, and numerous television and film projects.
Jack approaches plugin design the same way he approaches record production: every control should serve the music. His focus has always been creating tools that inspire better performances, speed up creative decisions, and help engineers stay connected to the session instead of getting lost in endless menus and unnecessary complexity. After graduating from The Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, he began his professional journey at Westlake Studios before spending nearly a decade working alongside the legendary production team Stargate, contributing to Grammy-winning and multi-platinum recordings. His credits include work with Rihanna, Kendrick Lamar, Sam Smith, Coldplay, Katy Perry, Jennifer Lopez, Dominic Fike, Charli XCX, Hailee Steinfeld, 21 Savage, Pusha T, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Aloe Blacc, and many more.

His passion for combining analog musicality with modern workflow has shaped tools that are intuitive, responsive, and built for real-world sessions.
